Burial in the church yard of Henlowe; to the mother church of Lincoln 4d.; to the high altar 4d.; to the church of Henlowe 6s. 8d.; "To the makeing of the bell that is broken" 3s. 4d.. To his dau. Elzabeth (after the death of testator's wife Alys) the copyholding that was Tafenerse and the copyholding called Bollockes Hard, and the copyholding called Gowles, and £10 in money. To Cysly Underwod the copyholding sometime William Fesondes, 40s., and a bullock, all to be given her at the age of 14 years, and if she die before that age, then the copyholding and the 40s. and the bullock to remain with testator's wife Alys. To sir William Goodner to say 5 masses for testator's soul 20d.. To William Bretten a quarter of barley. To Alys Favell and Margery Ecton half a quarter of barley each. To Jone Browne half a quarter of barley. Of the goods bequeathed to him by the will of his late father, one part is to be bestowed in deeds of charity, and the other part to be divided equally between his dau. Elzabeth and Cysley Underwod, each to be the other's heir. To his wife Alys his free goods and his copyholding at Northmyllys, and also all his remaining goods, and she is to be executrix with his brother Lawrens Wakefilde executor and Robert Oste to be overseer, he to have 5s..
