    Folio 114d Steven Pelter of Collysden in Roxston made 23 June 1541, pr. 20 Apr. 1541 [sic] Burial in the church yard of the parish where he shall die; to mother church of Lincoln 2d.; to the high altar of Roxston 4d.; to the church of Werseley 20d. and to the poor people of the same town 20d.; to the church of Roxston half a quarter of barley. To Robert Pelter 4 quarters of barley and a steer bullock. To Thomas Pelter 4 quarters of barley and a steer bullock. To Alys Pelter 4 quarters of barley and a cow bullock Provided that if any of his three children die under the age of 15, then their part goes to the other 2 children, and if 2 die, then all goes to the survivor. If all die, his executors are to use the legacies for souls. Remainder to wife Jone. Should wife contract to remarry then before the marriage she is to deliver to Thomas Tyngay 12 quarters of barley and the 3 bullocks for the use of this children.
