His wife Johan' and his son-in-law George Fylde are to have his horse and his beasts, his mazers, his silver spoons, and all his wheat and barley with which to pay his debts.
To his son William 2 barns, 8 acres of land with certain meadow, when he comes to the age of 21, and until then testator's wife is to have the profits, and should his wife die, then his son-in-law George Fylde is to hold it to the use of William. To son William his best gown and his chamblett jacket. His son William (after he enters upon his land) is to pay to testator's dau. Jone £3 6s. 8d. within the next 2 years, that is 33s. 4d. a year.
