Folio 95 Thomas Atkin' of Eyton [Bray] made 14 Apr. 1541, proved 2 Oct. 1541. Testament Burial in the church yard of Our Blessed Lady in Eyton; for his mortuary as right is; to the mother church of Lincoln 1d.; to the high altar for tithes forgotten 4d.; to the Rood 2d.; to the Sepulchre light 2d.; to the torches 3d.; to the upkeep of the bells 4d.. To son Henry Atkyn all goods, on condition that he looks after his brother Cuthbert keeping him in all things necessary, for his natural life. Executors his son Henry Atkin and Cuthbert Jenkyns of Byllington. Will As to all his land and tenements in Eyton, these are to go to his son Henry Atkyn, and a messuage and land in Eyton is to be held of the lord of the fee. Witnesses sir Jerard [blank] curate, Richard Buckemaster of Eyton, Hugh Allen of Eyton, Cuthbert Cutlat of Eyton, William Ekuppe of Eyton.
