    "I bequeth my soull to God Almeghtie". Burial in the church yard of Our Lady in Luton; to the high altar 4d.; to the mother church of Lincoln 2d.. To son Thomas Flynden the house and land in the parish of Kynysworth at the age of 21, and until then testator's wife Jone is to receive the rents and profits. Wife Jone to pay daus. Alys, Jone and Elzabeth 20s. at the age of 15, and should one of them die before then, the survivors are to share her legacy. If all die, wife to have the money. Should son Thomas die under the age of 21, wife to have the profit from the property until the end of the lease, then it is to be sold, and some of the money used for the souls of the testator, his friends and all Christians, and wife is to keep the rest. If any of testator's brethren wish to buy the property, then they shall have it 20 nobles cheaper than anyone else. Wife to give testator's brothers John Flynden 26s. 8d., and William Flyndon 46s. 8d., which are sums bequeathed to them by their late father Thomas Flynden. To servant Margret Lawrenc' 3s. 4d..
