    Her burial to be within the sanctuary of St. Polles; to the high altar there 4d.; to the church of Lincoln 1d.. To sir William Knight 6s. 8d.; to Elzabeth Bayley 6s. 8d.; to Anne Browne 6s. 8d.; to Jone Weste 6s. 8d.. To Crowley church 3s. 4d.; to the poor people in Crowley 3s. 4d.; to Checheley church 3s. 4d.; to the poor people in Checheley 3s. 4d.. To Hugh Knight 6s. 8d. on the day of his marriage, or when the last money is received. To Gabryell Knight 6s. 8d. on the day of his marriage, if the money has been received of the executor. To John Mylton 6s. 8d. at the last day of the obligation payment. To Hugh Knight a cupboard, the best red covering, a featherbed, 2 covers, 2 pair of sheets (one flaxen and one of hemp), a pair of cobirons and a frying pan. To Thomas Wyndever a featherbed. To Thomas Rudde a featherbed. To John Baylyff the feather bed that the testator last lay on. All her wood is to be given to poor folks. Part of her wearing gear is to go to her "Keper" (presumably housekeeper) and the rest to go to poor people. John Bayly is to have the disposing of all goods that appear in an inventory, except for those things mentioned above. If Hugh Knight does not marry and have issue, then the tenement in Shyppechepeing which lies between the tenement of Browne on the south, and a copyholding late in the tenure of Cawdwell on the north, shall return to John Bayle and the heirs of his body, and for lack of issue to the longer liver of [?the heirs] of the said Jone Knight. To John Bayley a tenement mentioned in a document with the seal of Cawdewell Priory which stands in Sheppecheppeinge, for a term of years. All the ornaments her husband gave and bequeathed to St. George's altar in Paulles both within the church or elsewhere in any person's keeping, to remain for the use of the altar as thought best by the curate and church wardens. To Anne Browne testator's best gown. To Ellen Thomas her best red kirtle. To Elzabeth Baylyff a violet kirtle, a mantle, a smock and a pint pot. To Jone Glover a black coat. To Elene Warde testator's best black coat. To Joyes Wyndover a 3 gallon kettle. To every one of John Baylyffes children a kettle. To Jone Heckinges a smock. To Alys Borege a smock. To Wylkenson's wife a smock. To Hugh Knight a bolster, 2 pewter pots and a buffet stool. To Gabryell Knight a pewter pot and a buffet stool. To Alys Denys a mattress. To Jane Weste a pewter pot. A proviso against Hugh Knight making a sale of the tenement standing in Shippechepenge (which "stat." was given before the mayor and bailiffs) except to John Baylyff and his wife at the price of £5. The residue to go to Jone[sic] Baylyff to order as he thinks fit, and the said John to be sole executor. The Supervisor to be her curate. Witnesses Master the Mayor then being, sir Thomas Pye, sir William Knight, Umfray Lawrenc', Richard Knight and Alys Denys.
