Scope and Content
Burial in the church yard of Keysoo. To the high altar for tithes forgot 8d.; to the mother church of Lincoln 4d..
To his second son Richard Pcocke 2 acres of barley lying in the Parke Way and an acre of pease.
To John Pecocke his youngest son a black horse, a cow, an acre of barley, half an acre of wheat "lying on the Churche way going to Thomas Lavenders".
To dau. Margery Pecocke £5 of sterling money, or money worth.
Residue to his wife Jone Pecocke, his executrix, and to his son Thomas Pecocke, executor.
Son Thomas to dispose of no goods "but aftur his mother's mynde", and a year after his father's death, he is to bear half the charges.
Wife Joane Pcocke to use the goods left for the good of his soul.
