    His burial to be in the church yard of Wyllyshamsted. To the mother church of Lincoln 2d.; for his mortuary according to the King's acts; 20d. each to the high altar, the torches, the bells and the Sepulchre light. Towards the mending of the Causeway 3s. 4d.. To every godchild 4d.. A priest is to sing for the testator and his friends for a quarter of a year, and 26s. 8d. is to be spent on the day of his burial. To Richard Pawmer 5 horses, 2 oxen, all his carts and cart gear and his plous and plough gear. To each child of Henry Cowper of Harrodan 12d.. To every child of Henry Paumer 12d.. A bushel of barley each to William Sokelynge, Richard Loweleche and to Richard Edwardes, clerk. The residue of his estate to Richard Pawmer His executors to be John Pawmer and John Cannell, his supervisor William Dycons, and to each of these three 12d.. Witnesses Thomas Edwardes, Thomas Deuce, John Hebbes the elder.
