His soul to Almighty God and all the saints in heaven; burial in the church yard of Turvey; his mortuary as the law requires; to the high altar of Turvey 6d.; to the repairs of the same church 12d.. Of the residue of his estate half is to go to his wife Elzabeth and half to his children, to be divided equally between them by the discretion of John Hodill of Turvey, husbandman, and testator's wife Elzabeth, who are his executors. Witnesses sir John Skaldwell parish priest of Turvey, William Purrear, John Clarke, smith, and Steven Barker.
