    Burial in the church yard of All Hallows in Sutton. To the high altar 4d.; to the Sepulchre 12d.; to four ringers 10d.; "Item ij.d. to hem that Ryng my soull peyll". To wife Felys all his implements in the hall, kitchen, parlour and chamber, necessary for the household for her lifetime. On her death to Henry Rygnall son of Richard Rygnall a covering of carpet and the greatest brass pot; and to Thomas Rygnall son of Richard a great hutch. On the death of the said Felys the implements are to be divided into two parts, the one to go to testator's daughter Elzabeth, and the other part "as yt shall plese hir" (presumably Felys). To wife Felys 4 lands of rye and an acres of wheat, one heifer, 2 acres of barley. To Alys Gylman a cow bullock, a sheep and half an acre of barley. To servant Elzabeth Hancocke a cow bullock and 6s. 8d. to her marriage. To maid Agnes a sheep. To the said Elzabeth half a quarter of malt and 2 bushel of wheat to her marriage. To every house within the town 2d.. To every godchild a bushel of barley, saving John Buttre who is to have on the feast of St. Martin a ewe lamb. John Coo is to dwell this year rent free and quit of other duties between him and testator. To Amie Coo wife to the said John Coo one rood of barley. Residue to Richard Rygnall and Elzabeth his wife who are to be his executors, with John Coo, overseer, who is to have 3s. 4d.. Witnesses Richard Todde priest and curate of the parish, John Hobson smith, John Marshall, John Browneinge, John Buttre.
