    Burial in church of Sondon, before the altar of St. Nicholas, next her husband. To the mother church of Lincoln 4d.; to the high altar 12d.; to the upkeep of the bells 2s.; "To the wayste of the torches at my beryall 12d."; for breaking the ground in the church where she will lie 6s. 8d.. To her maid Agnes a feather bed, a mattrass, 2 blankets, a bolster, 2 pillows, and the pillow heres of the best she has, also 2 coverlets (one of the best, and the other of the coarsest), 4 pair of sheets of which "one shalbe that wiche was my cristen shete", a table cloth, a towel with blue threads, a basin, a laver, half a dozen platters, 2 saucers, a salt cellar, a candlestick, a brass pot, a great plack pan "that is a Richard Peppyattes" and another that is here, which she will of the three, also testator's best coffer, 10 quarters of malt, a table and a chair stool, a spit, a pair of cobirons, all to her maid Agnes "yf God sent hir lyffe and wilberuled after her frendes". To Agnes also her cow. If Agnes die then her brother Robert to have half the stuff and the other half to be used for the souls of testator's father and herself and her friends. Should the brother Robert die also, then his part to go to Richard Pepyat. Richard Pepyat is to have her standards and her great spit and her greatest pan. To Richard's wife testator's gold ring. To each godchild 20d.. To Nicholas Buckmaster her mazer and her second greatest spit, and to each of his children a sheep from those which he has already in his care. The said Richard [sic] Buckmaster is to sell testator's oxen which he has, and of the money arising give 6s. 8d. to Wyng church and the rest to be kept by the said Nicholas and his wife. To Buckemaster's wife testator's best gown, and to Joan Smyth her best girdle. To Cristian Burre her best beads, her little gown, her red coat and the 4 quarters of barley Cristian owes to testator. To the brothers Thomas and Robert Pepyat 2 acres of barley each. To Joan Childe a great pewter charger. To Hatton's wife her russet kirtle, her petticoat and a smock. The residue to be dealt with by Richard Pepyat her executor. Overseer Nicholas Buckmaster. Witnesses William Stawford, Richard Hebbes, sir John Walter vicar.
