Burial in the church yard of Our Lady in Stotfolde. To the mother church of Lincoln 2d.; to the high altar for tithes forgotten 8d.; to the use of the parish church of Stotfolde 6s. 8d.; to the torches there 4d.; to the upkeep of the bells 4d.. To Anne Moun', testator's daughter, 40s.. His son John Phyllippe is to sow each year one half acre of tilled land with barley for John Smyth (the son of testator's daughter) so long as John Smyth continues "in howse and servyse with the said John". The residue is to go to son John Phillippe, who is an executor with John Bygrave, which they are to use for souls. Supervisor John Turtill who with John Bygrave are both to have 2s.. Witnesses John Ryple vicar of Stotfold, George Loremer, James Fatlett, Thomas Lucas, Peter Hunter.
