Reciting: - Supplement to mortgage dated 1st Nov 1911 between the same parties whereby (ii) lent (i) £100 with interest at £5 per cent per annum and (i) secured this mortgage with his share and interest of the will of his father William Marks. - Principal sum of £100 is still owing.
