    Sale catalogue for cottages and land at Steppingley by direction of the trustees under the will of the late Mrs Hannah Cook. Lot 1: Small holding comprising of a brick timber and tile homestead together with outbuildings and 25a 2r 2p of arable land as now let with lot 3 (3 years from Michaelmas next unexpired) to Messrs. Stafford Allen & Co. at the apportioned rental of £38 per annum. Lot 2: 6 Brick and slated cottages at Cutlers End each containing 4 rooms with timber and tile barns and closets and gardens as now let to Messrs. G. Wilson, T. Warner and others at rents amounting to £21/3/4 per annum and containing 2r 30p.
