Lot 12: Frontages to New Road of 60 feet and 176 feet respectively. Lot 13: Old sward land with a brick and thatch cottage, two board-and-tiled barns and a large pond of water, the whole containing 4a 2r 21p in the occupation of Messrs. H. & C. Stanbridge as yearly tenants. This lot has extensive frontages to New Road and the Slipe.
