Reciting: - Will of Francis 7th Duke of Bedford dated 7th May 1861 giving his trustees (iii) limited power in trust to buy and sell freehold and leasehold estates. - Herbrand died on the 14th May 1861. - (iii) are present trustees of this will and (i) is the present vicar of Millbrook Parish Church. Operative: In consideration of £89 (i) with the consent of the Board of Agriculture conveys (a) to (iii). Land (See attached plan) (a) Piece or parcel of glebe land containing 1a 2r 32p in Millbrook. Bounded on E by road [Sandhill Close]; N by rectory and NE by St.Michael's Church. Habendum: Unto and to the use of (iii) subject to the said trusts contained in the will of Francis 7th Duke of Bedford.
