(ii) Edith Kate Osborn of Happy Land Farm, Toddington, wife of William Osborn, farmer and Effie Mary Goodman of Eversholt, spinster. Reciting: - Will of Thomas Goodman (see HN10/367/Goodman4) leaving land and property to (i) to be held in trust for his wife Ann Goodman. After her decease the land and property was to be sold by (i). - TG died on the 15th Feb 1879 and AG died on the 7th Sep 1911. Operative: In consideration of £465 (i) conveys (a) to (ii). Properties: (See attached plan) (a) All cottages with outbuildings, gardens at Upper Rads End, Eversholt in the occupation of Joshua Phillimore the elder, Thomas Burrell, James Fleckney, Mrs. Gazeley, Messrs. S. Cox, J. Phillimore Jnr and Walter Thompson. Habendum: Unto and to the use of (ii). Witnessed by William Goodman of Eversholt, farmer.
