I declare: That the trustees (Frederick Thomas Tanqueray and Robert Hobourn) after the death of my wife Ellen Jane Midworth will pay out of my residuary estate a legacy of £2000 to my son Cyril Midworth in addition to his share of monies as outlined in HN10/368/Midworth1.
