Draft will of Elizabeth Sarah Bosworth of Woburn Sands, Buckinghamshire. I revoke all earlier dispositions and make this my last will. - Same trustees appointed as in will at HN10/368/Bosworth 1. - All furniture and other effects at or about my house (except money) to Robert Ainsworth Cheetham. - Direct my trustees to erect a tomb or memorial stone over my grave at a cost not exceeding 20. I devise: All real and personal estate to trustees upon trust to sell and out of the monies arising pay my funeral expenses and debts and invest the remainder in trust funds and pay the income arising to my brother George Frederick Bosworth during his life and after his death to divide the money between my nieces and nephews. I declare: That my trustees may at their discretion retain my house and premises known as Tennisville in Theydon Avenue, Woburn Sands and GFB will receive the rents and profits.
