The will of Elizabeth Sarah Bosworth of Woburn Sands, Buckinghamshire. I appoint: Nephew George Gibbons Bosworth and Robert Ainsworth Cheetham of Woburn Sands, photographers executors and trustees and give them 20 as acknowledgement of their trouble. I devise: House and premises known as Tennisville in Theydon Avenue, Woburn Sands to my brother George Frederick Bosworth for life and after his death to his wife Sarah Mary Bosworth for her life and after the death of the survivor of them the said GFB and SMB devise the said house and premises to my trustees upon trust to sell and divide proceeds amongst my nephews and nieces. I give: All residue of property to niece Fanny Elizabeth Cheetham. Signed in the presence of Francis Smith, clerk to Mr Tanqueray of Woburn, Beds, solicitor and W.
