Roberts & Lewes I hereby agree to sell and Arthur Robinson of Ridgemont agrees to purchase the messuage, shops, land and premises at Ridgmont, Beds as now occupied by him for the sum of 515 of which the sum of 25 is paid as deposit, the receipt of same is truly acknowledged. The purchase is to be completed as soon as the deeds are ready'.
