Michael Thomas, Henshaw Skinner Russell and John Allin Williams for securing 3802 and interest. - Mortgage (Called the Downes Mortgage) dated 8th Apr 1905 and made between (1) John James Reynal Adams (2) Lucy Ellen Adams (3) Sarah Ann Mann (4) Lieutenant Colonel Charles Villiers Somerville Downes for securing 3800 and interest. Provides further information on how payments on these mortgages were made after the decease of Mr Adams: - The amount still owing on the mortgage dated 25 Feb 1863 is 3901/4/2 - 2800 was paid in discharge of the mortgage dated 8th Apr 1905 and the remainder was reconveyed in Dec 1909 the trustees of the will of Mr Adams giving the persons entitled to the mortgage a new mortgage in other parts of Mr Adams estate and this mortgage was reconveyed to the executors.
