Reciting: - Supplemental to two indentures of mortgage and further charge dated 29th Sep 1910 and 17th May 1911 and made between (i) and (ii). - Sum of 1478/18/7 still owing on principal indentures Operative: In consideration of 82/1/5 (i) conveys (a) to (iii) subject to the principal monies and interest owing upon the security of the recited indentures to (ii). Together with newly erected buildings and right to pasture not more than one horse and one cow at any one time for terms prescribed under an indenture dated the 28th Sep 1910 and made between (ii) and Charles Pell Hall, Walter Frederick Cole, Charles Kilby, Roland Percy Burton and Frank Woodward.
