(iii) Charles Wilsher of Willington, Beds, market gardener. Reciting: - Supplemental to indentures of mortgage and further charge dated respectively the 29th Sep 1910 and 29th Apr 1911 and made between (i) and (ii). - Principal sum of 1272/18/11 still owing to (ii) - (i) agrees to sell (a) to (iii) subject to principal sum and interest owed to (ii) as outlined in the two indentures recited. Operative: (i) as beneficial owner conveys (a) to (iii) Property: (a) Piece or parcel of land at Maulden, Beds, being part of a farm formerly known as Maulden Great Farm and containing 31a 13p. Together with newly erected buildings and the right to pasture land with not more than one horse and one cow for terms prescribed under an indenture dated the 28th Sep 1910 and made between (ii) and Charles Pell Hall, Walter Frederick Cole, Charles Kilby, Roland Percy Burton and Frank Woodward. Habendum: Unto and to the use of (iii) subject to usual mortgage provisos for redemption as outlined in the two recited indentures. Witnessed by H.J.
