Together with newly erected buildings and the right to pasture land with not more than one horse and one cow for terms prescribed under an indenture dated the 28th Sep 1910 and made between (ii) and Charles Pell Hall, Walter Frederick Cole, Charles Kilby, Roland Percy Burton and Frank Woodward. Habendum: Unto and to the use of (iii) subject to usual mortgage provisos for redemption as outlined in the two recited indentures. Witnessed by H.J.
