Letters relating to the selling of sprouts at Model Farm, Maulden in the occupation of Harry Howard in order to settle solicitors bills; including: - Letter dated 23 Sep 1912 from H. Howard to Mr. Hobourn, solicitor apologising for not being able to sell his sprouts'Sorry things are not settled. Anyhow the sprouts look like making more money than when I was at Woburn'. - Letter dated 24th Sep 1912 from W.F. Cole, Hillcote Farm, Maulden to F.T. Tanqueray 'I am willing to purchase the sprouts from Mr Howard's holdings at 7 per once on the understanding that if Mr Howard leaves the farm I am entitled to same. I am willing to pay 35 on account of same'. - Draft declaration dated 2nd Oct 1912 by Harry Howard agreeing to sell all the sprouts on a piece of land at Maulden for 35 to W.T. Cole.
