Tanqueray 'I am willing to purchase the sprouts from Mr Howard's holdings at 7 per once on the understanding that if Mr Howard leaves the farm I am entitled to same. I am willing to pay 35 on account of same'. - Draft declaration dated 2nd Oct 1912 by Harry Howard agreeing to sell all the sprouts on a piece of land at Maulden for 35 to W.T. Cole.
