Memorandum of agreement Parties: (i) Executors of the late will of Mrs Pouchot (George Holdom and William Woods). (ii) Horace Lionel Harvey of Stratford, London. Operative: - Sale of The Bell Hotel, 10 Market Square, Leighton Buzzard from (i) to (ii) in consideration of 200 to be paid to George Payne, agent appointed by the said parties. Provisos: That (ii) is accepted by Messrs. the Brewers, Lessees, or other owner(s) as tenant at the annual rent of 70 and subject to their usual tenancy agreement. That (ii) can pay the sum of 200 and the remainder together with the amount of the valuation on or before 21 Nov 1811.
