Assignment and Release Parties: (i) Auguste Francois Pouchot of 29 Claverton Street, St. Georges Square, London, victualler. (ii) Emily Marion Pouchot of Leighton Buzzard, Beds, wife of (i). Reciting: - (i) has carried on business of licensed victualler at The Bell Hotel, Leighton Buzzard as tenant of the Welsh Ale Brewery Ltd. - (i) is indebted to (ii) for 700 and has agreed that to discharge this effect he will transfer his interest in the trade carried on at The Bell Hotel. - (i) has delivered to (ii) all books detailing amounts and particulars of the said trade. Operative: In order to discharge debt of 700, (i) assigns (a) unto (ii). (ii) releases (i) of all liability under an indenture dated 27th Feb 1907 between the two parties. Property: (a) All interest of (i) in the trade carried out at The Bell Hotel, 10 Market Square, Leighton Buzzard. Covenants: - (i) not to trade as a licensed victualler within 5 miles of Leighton Buzzard.
