    (i) John Bolding of Ampthill, surgeon and Ann, his wife; (ii) Ann Hesse of Flitwick, widow of James Hesse, ne Ann Fisher, only surviving daughter of Jeffery Fisher late of Maulden, esquire and Ann, his wife ("both lately deceased") Reciting: - death of Jeffery Fisher on 22 Aug 1783 seized of various lands in Irchester [Northamptonshire] excepted out of marriage settlement with his wife Ann and which (i) received as devisee under the will of Jeffery Fisher; - will of Jeffery Fisher of 6 May 1782 devising to (i) his fee farm rents in Flitwick and residue of his real and personal estate including the premises in Irchester; (i) being sole executor; - proof of Jeffery Fisher's will "shortly after his death"; - bill filed by (ii) in Michaelmas Term 1783 in Chancery against (i) amongst other things for an account of the fee farm rents [see HN10/277/Brooks14]and that (i) might convey them to (ii) upon trusts along with the marriage settlement of Jeffery and Ann Fisher and all other title deeds relating to them; - to put an end to all disputes between (i) and (ii) it had been agreed (amongst other things) that (ii) would pay 120 to (i) in return for conveyance of the lands in Irchester including Walnut Tree Close and a homestall purchased by Jeffery Fisher and all lands allotted to his houses and cottages Operative Part: (i) conveyed (a) to (ii) for 120 and "a nominal consideration" Property: (a) several messuages, tenements, lands etc. belonging to Jeffery Fisher deceased at Irchester; (b) Walnut Tree Close, Irchester; (c) The Homestall, Irchester purchased by Jeffery Fisher; (d) all lands allotted to the houses and cottages on the Inclosure of Irchester; (e) all other freehold hereditaments in Irchester devised in the will of Jeffery Fisher to (i); (a)-(e) in occupation of William Bodington, William Marriott, Thomas Gilbert, William Mason and Robert Pettit Covenant: - (i) to levy a fine sur conizance de droit come ceo etc.
