Letter from John Meager at Cranfield to John Thomas Green: - "Mr.J.Bosten of Crawley as [sic] been over this morning to see if I had the deeds ready some one at Newport will find him the money he wants me to meet him at Mr.Powel's Office. I told him I thought you had not heard from Mr.Plater or Mr.Savage yet but I would write to you and get them ready by next Wenesday [sic] if possible. Mr Austin sent One Pound the same Afternoon I come over to see you. J.Goodman sent his rent allright [sic]"
