    Letter from Amelia Loke in Station Road, Woburn Sands to John Thomas Green [18 Jul]: - "Will you oblige me by drawing up a Will in a concise way as possible. I have seven shares in the Leighton Buzzard Gas & Coke Company I wish my sister Miss Caroline Loke to have them her lifetime and at her death I wish them to be sold and the moneys to be given in equal parts to the British Foreign Bible Society and the Church of England Missionary Society. My household furniture to be sold to pay expences [sic]. The executors I name are Mr Charles Spring of Aspley Guise carpenter an [sic] Miss caroline Loke of Woburn Sands will you be so kind as to do this at once as I am in a very bad state of health and not able to leave home. P.S. I have not any other property to leave but the gas shares the rest is only an Annuity and goes at my death. Will you be so kind as to let me know when to expect the Will to sign" - Endorsed a copy of the will as desired by the testatrix [23 Jul 1884], witnessed by Wingrave of Woburn Sands, grocer and Charles Herbert of Woburn, clerk to John Thomas Green
