- 100 each to her nieces Annie, Alice and Elizabeth, daughters of her late sister Elizabeth;
- 50 to Elizabeth, daughter of her late sister Amelia;
- residue to her brother William in trust to divide equally between her nieces Annie, Alice and Elizabeth, daughters of her late sister Elizabeth;
- to her brother William all property held by way of mortgage upon trusts concerning them;
