Copy Agreement Parties: (i) Rowland Cutler and executors of late Henry Henchman trading as Cutler & Henchman at North Western Brewery, Dunstable; (ii) W.S.Green of Leighton Buzzard Operative Part: - (i) agreed to sell their interest in additional plant and improvements to original plant scheduled in lease of 31 May 1878 between Mrs.Simpson and Rowland Cutler and also casks, horses, wheelers work, harness and miscellaneous articles and public house fittings to (ii) for 1,500 - (i) agreed to sell to (ii) all consumable stock belonging to the brewery at a valuation by Alfred Thomas, Peyer & Miles as on 9 May together with all book debts, rents and unexpired terms; - (ii) to take assignment of all current leases and free (i) from all liabilities from 9 May; - (i) to pay or allow for all rents, taxes etc. in respect of the brewery and licensed premises; - (ii) to have right of using style of firm in (i)'s name or (i)'s name in conjunction with his own; - any dispute to be referred to Alfred Thomas, Peyer & Miles "Approved by Benning at his office on behalf of Cutler.
