Draft Transfer of Mortgage Parties: (i) Matilda Stedman; Clara Stedman; (ii) George Foster of Cranfield, wheelwright; (iii) Mark Sharman of Bedford, solicitor Reciting: - 400 was owing to (i) on mortgage of 1 Jan 1877 (300 having been paid off by (ii) out of sale proceeds of a property in St.Albans [Hertfordshire]); - John Thomas Green was not admitted tenant of (a) on surrenders of 29 May 1872 and 1 May 1873 nor had any surrender been made to (i) in pursuance of covenant contained in 1877 mortgage deed; - (iii) had agreed to pay 400 to (i) Operative Part: - (iii) paid 400 to (i); - (i) assigned to (iii) all principal sums which after payment of 100 recited in indenture of 6 Aug 1875 and of 300 were now due on mortgaged premises; - (i), with agreement of (ii), conveyed mortgaged premises to (iii) subject to equity of redemption; Covenant: - by (ii) to pay 5% interest to (iii) on the 400 "Approved on behalf of J.T.Green Frederick Tanqueray Nov 13 1886"
