(v) Correspondence: F Hawkes to A W Merry requesting that he should be allowed to keep his goods and chattels on the place where they are now impounded, 24 July 1914. (vi) Warrant to distrain: stating that C F Hawkes is to have his goods, chattels and effects seized for the sum of 73-13, due to the fact that he owes one quarters rent, 6 October 14.
