Interested Parties concerning the buying of The Albion Hotel, including H Samuel Properties Ltd, Goddard and Smith (estate agents) and The Air Ministry, requisitioning the property allowing Mr Burrough to claim for inconvenience, claim sent and agreed on. Damage to next door shop due to a sink which was too large being erected, attention drawn to the dangerous roof and garden wall, complaints to the RAF for allowing damp and wood to go unattended. Hotel bought by Mr Murby. Schedule of dilapidations made, claim settled also map of hotel.
