i) Agreement: between Mr J Arnold and Mr G Harris, owners of two adjoining properties abutting Billington Road. Mr Harris permits Mr Arnold to use his siding which connects with the Dunstable branch of the LNW railway company. Mr Arnold permits Mr Harris to deposit rubbish in the worked out portions of Mr Arnold's property. Also Mr Harris to pay the Royalty chargeable by Mr G Garside upon the sand of J Arnold. Passing over the land of Mr Garside. 19th October 1906 ii) Correspondence: concerning a disagreement between Mr Arnold and Mr Harris after the latter left trucks on sand; also notice of intention in terminating the agreement by Mr Arnold; and a further agreement suggested by Mr Harris 2nd December 1907 - 5th May 1908 with plan of the sandworks in Billington Road
