    Fair copy will of John White of Tottenham High Cross [Middlesex], esquire: - confirming marriage settlement made with his wife Martha; - giving annuity of 100 to his wife for her widowhood; - giving all jewels, rings, ornaments, clothes, plate household goods and furniture to his wife; - giving 50 to his wife to buy mourning; - giving all debts owed to him by his wife's father to his wife; - giving his coach, chariot, horses and horse furniture to his wife; - giving, after his wife's death if they had no issue, all his real estate in Ampthill, Steppingley and elsewhere in Bedfordshire contained in his marriage settlement; remainder to Elisha Biscoe of Inner Temple, London, gentleman as trustee during the life of the testator's brother Thomas in trust to preserve the contingent remainders as follows: to allow Thomas White to receive rents and profits for his life, remainder to his first son and his heirs male in default of such issue to Mary White, only daughter of Thomas White, in default of any issue of hers then remainder to Oliver Humphrys of Clerkenwell [Middlesex], brewer and Henry Spurling of Totternhoe, esquire as trustees for sale; - charging his real estate in Cardington with payment of 50/- annuity to clothe the poor of Silsoe and 4 to buy meat and bread for them on St.Thomas' Day and similar sums for similar purposes in Flitton; on condition that Thomas White should convey all the testator's copyhold land in Barton-le-Clay to a person nominated by the testator; - giving all his real estate in Cardington to Thomas White for life of the testator's wife Martha and, after her death, with other real estate in Flitwick to Thomas White for ever; - giving to his aunt Judith Stone an annuity of 20 per annum for her life; - giving to his uncle Harry [surname not stated] an annuity of 20 per annum for his life; - giving to his sister Jane Fletcher an annuity of 40 per annum for her life; - giving 10 each to his sister Jane Fletcher and her husband to buy mourning; - releasing to his sister Beiment [the Judith Beiment below?] all money owed to the testator at his death; - giving to his sister Judith Beiment 800; the 2,000 to be placed out to accrue interest to the benefit of the children of Thomas White - giving to his brothers-in-law Thomas Bishop and John Best 20 each to buy mourning; - giving to his niece Mary, daughter of Thomas White, 200 to be paid at age 21 or when she married, which ever happened first; - giving to the daughter of his late uncle John White of Mims [Hertfordshire] 20; - giving 10 to clothe and educate ten poor boys of St.Sepulchres [Middlesex], to be paid to the trustees of the Charity School; - giving 10 to clothe and educate ten poor girls of St.Sepulchres, to be paid to the trustees of the Charity School; - giving 10 to Edward Fairy of Flitwick; - giving 10 to buy mourning each to his father-in-law Mead [no Christian name given], to Richard and Hester, his children and to Oliver Humphrys and Robert Humphrys and each of their wives; - giving a ring of one guinea value each to his friends James Farnell and his wife, Joseph Dickenson and his wife, Thomas Turner, James Turner, Captain Laws, Captain Lowther and William Parker; - giving an annuity of 5 per annum for life to Alexander Tilcock, son of his late aunt Sarah Tilcock;
