William Heynes of Bedford, innholder Reciting: - John Storer of Cardington, yeoman, deceased owned a messuage or farmhouse in Cardington in occupation of John Storer and three closes of pasture - Home Close of one acre, Cokcrutch Close of one acre and Nunnsleys of three acres - one acre of meadow and seventy acres of arable and leys in common fields of Cardington and Cople; - John Storer was dead and his lands had descended to: (1) John Shuckburgh, son and heir of Jasper Shuckburgh, deceased and Elizabeth, his wife, also deceased, Elizabeth being one of the daughters and coheirs of John Storer - John Pawlyn being guardian of John Shuckburgh who was fifteen years old; (2) Lucy Faldoe who was another daughter and coheir of John Storer and (3) Thomas Foster and Margaret, his wife, Margaret being another daughter and coheir of John Storer; - the three coheirs had severed the jointure and made division of the lands of John Storer so that John and Lucy Faldoe and Thomas and Margaret Foster could sell;
