    Copy Will of William Teedon of Bedford, St.Mary, maltster "weak in body": - to his wife Jane his inn called King's Arms, Bedford, St.Mary in occupation of Lake and his son John Teedon for her life, remainder to John Teedon, remainder to his heirs, in default of heirs remainder to testator's other son William Teedon; - to his son John "thirty pounds more than I have already gave him"; - to his son William Teedon 100 to be paid two years after testator's decease; - to his niece Rebecca Hipwell 5; - to his wife his cottage lately purchased from William Ausburn (Osborn) for sale; - if Jane married again his son John was to have the King's Arms paying 5 annuity to Jane for her life; - Jane and William to carry on the business of maltster "so long as he shall remain dutiful to her or so long as she shall think fit and no longer"; - his brother-in-law John Hipwell to be trustee; - to Jane as sole executrix the residue of his personal estate; - witnesses: Johana Joane; Elizabeth Richardson; Susanna Elderton; - examination of copy probate of will on 16 Dec 1735 by Henry Horton
