Frederick George Crouch (and his last workman, Alfred Robinson a Harrold boy) worked for 65 years as a blacksmith born April 12th 1863, died March 1941. Last of a line of tradesmen traced back to 1740 took over the blacksmith's shop on Harrold Green April 1894 after his Uncle had died.
