Correspondence regarding possible burden on Rectory Farm house, Pulloxhill of lay rector's charge to maintain the chancel including:
- Rev.P.J.Millam's request for clarification, noting that his glebe agent was Stephen Burman and that the issue was part of a longstanding disagreement between two parties named as Eeles and Odell;
- note that Diocesan Registrar was to investigate the matter at Bedfordshire Record Office;
- evidence of 1708 terrier that chancel repair was common charge of the parishioners, Rectory Farm not being burdened with the charge;
- sale of Rectory Farm house on 8 Sep 1971;
- note that Pulloxhill Vicarage was first established in 1204 under Statute of Westminster of 1200, the Rector previously being appointed by Dunstable Priory who maintained control over the church until the Dissolution of the Monasteries
