- On Tuesday 26 December last, Thomas Brown saw Edward Fuller, lacemaker, Edward Cocks, labourer, Jamess Mee junior, wheelwright and Francis Mee, barber, enter Birch Quarter Riding, land owned by Thomas Brown, where they then unlawfully hunted, and then assaulted Thomas Brown and his servant.
