    Catalogue of particulars, plan and conditions of sale of residential sporting and agricultural property known as the Haynes Park Estate, Bedfordshire, to be sold by auction by Robinson and Hall at the Bridge Hotel, Bedford on 26th September 1939 with instructions from the executors of the late H P Saunderson, deceased viz: (a) Keyses or West Park Farm, Haynes with WC, cellar, dairy hot water supply, telephone connected(number WILSTEAD 248) , farm buildings, stable, garage, various outbuildings, dairy, water supply from spring and reservoir in Keynes Spinney, tank supplying fields 165 and 159 from mains by meter. In occupation of Mr J A Smith.
