Particulars of sale of property in Wilden, to be sold by auction by Swaffield & Son in conjunction with W & H Peacock at the Swan Hotel, Bedford on 8th July 1933 by direction of the Trustees under the will of the late John Draper viz: (a) Crow Hill Farm, Wilden with cellars,and outbuildings including henhouses and store, garden, cycle shed, garage, sheds, sheep yard, piggeries, stables, granary, and cow shed including schedule of land amounting to 129.756a. Described as for many years occupied by John Draper. Records that the owner of Avenue Farm has right of use of pump and water from pond in OS 49 and means of access, liability for repair to be jointly shared; also records, in conditions of sale, that the land is sold subject to a right of way alongside the fence adjoiningCrow Hill Villa to get to the barns at the backr of the Public Trutee at an 'upset' price of 500 viz:s, with slated barns and gardens in occupation of Samuel Rogers and John Harper; and containing 667a.With right of way to third cottage owned by George Draper.
