Edward Whitward paid surety of 10 each for Benjamin Hubbens and Francis Spufford. Signed by Thomas Armstrong, His Majesties Justice of the Peace. - Examination of Henry Cowper of Milton Bryant, who under oath says that Benjamin Hubbens and Francis Spufford, came onto his land, and burnt his corn. Taken before Thomas Armstrong, His Majesties Justice of the Peace.
