    Release Parties: (i) John Berrie of Bedford, carpenter; (ii) Gilbert Tall the younger of Bedford, butcher Operative Part: - (i) released (a) to (ii) for 40 Property: (a) messuage in Duck Lane, alias White Horse Lane, Bedford in occupation of (i) abutting: E on Duck Lane; N on another messuage of (i) in occupation of James Dotterill; S partly on dwellinghouse and barn of James Bundy, partly on barns of Thomas Woodward, formerly part of White Horse Inn "and so much of the yard or backside belonging to the said granted messuage as lyeth on the south side of a certain pale fence of six foot high agreed to be erected by the said John Berrie at his charge from the said granted messuage directly over the middle of the well there westward to the corner of a barn of thirteen foot in breadth from east to west and six and twenty foot in length from north to south to be also erected and finished by the said John Berrie at his charge on part of the said granted yard or backside for the said Gilbert Tall which said pale fence is agreed to be in length from east to west six and twenty foot of assizein which fence is to be made a pair of cart gates" fence to be maintained by (ii); with access to well for (ii) Witnesses: - Francis Brace; - Thomas Emery; - John Pepiatt
