Agreement Parties: (i) Harpenden Water Company Limited of 29c High Street, Harpenden; (ii) Hertfordshire Hunt Club of Harpenden by Thomas Augustus Motion of Serge Hill, Abbots Langley [Hertfordshire], chairman and Aubrey George Wykeham-Musgrave of Robin Hood House, Little Gaddesden [Hertfordshire], honorary secretary Reciting: - (ii) had requested (i) to supply water to the Kennels at Kinsbourne Green requiring a 485 yard long water main from Pollards Corner Operative Part: - (i) agreed to lay down main at its own expense and connect it to a tank at the kennels within two months; - (ii) to pay (i) 10/17/6 on completion of works; - (ii) agreed to pay (i) 10% of the cost of laying and maintaining the main per annum or 375 whichever was the lesser sum; - no club officer or member to be personally liable ion the event of non-payment; - determination of agreement with 6 months notice by (ii) Witnesses: - W.E.Alibone of Serge Hill, Abbots Langley, butler; - S.A.Storey of 41 Berkeley Square, London, clerk
