- will of Elizabeth Emmerton of 17 Jan 1817 devising to (i) all her real estate in Luton upon trust for sale and proof of will in PCC on 25 Sep 1821;
- auction on 30 Oct 1821 by (i) by George Francis Hill at Red Lion Inn, Luton at which (vi) bid 300 for (a) as Lot 2;
- (vi) wished to bar dower
