Title
Will of 19 Nov 1814 of Joseph Hutton of Aspley Guise, yeoman:
- to his only son John Hutton all his real estate in Aspley Guise and Lidlington;
- to John Hutton all his personal estate subject to maintenance of testator's wife Sarah Hutton who was to be allowed to live in their house for the rest of her life and receive "suffiucient and necessary meat, drink, clothes and pocket money agreable to her situation in life and the exigencies of her case shall require";
- if John Hutton died before age 21 without issue all real and personal estate to be devised and bequeathed to testator's wife subject to 5 annuities from the estate being paid to testator's three sisters Ann Harmsden, Mary Bogg and Kitty Sibley;
- witnesses: Francis Heighington; David Lee Willis; Jeremy Willis;
