    Copy Will of 11 Aug 1762 of Henry Hutton of Husborne Crawley, yeoman: - to his wife Susannah Hutton all his real estate for her life, if she remarried the estate going to Thomas Shouler and John Stringer, both of Husborne Crawley, in trust to pay her 20 per annum from the rents and profits in lieu of dower and thirds the residue going to the support of the testator's son John Hutton "and the child or children that my Wife is now ensient with" until the youngest became 21 when the real estate was to pass to John Hutton charged with payment of 200 to his younger sibling, if she were a girl, to be paid within 6 months of John becoming 21, if the unborn child was a boy he was then to share the real estate equally with John; the unborn child to be given into the custody of the trustees, if his wife married again, who were to see to the child's education; - to his wife all his goods and furniture in his dwelling house for her life; remainder equally to the children; - residue of his personal estate to his wife whom he appointed sole executrix; - signed by a mark and witnessed by Robert Parker, Matthew Stevenson, Hester Ratwy; - codicil of 27 Dec 1763 indicating that his wife had born a girl (Mary) and was now pregnant again and bequeathing 100 to his daughter when she became 21, or 200 if the child with which his wife was currently pregnant died before the age of 21; if the child survived and was a girl she was to receive 100 on reaching 21, if it was a boy, he was to receive 150 from John Hutton; - signed by mark and witnessed by John Foster, Ann Bateman and Sarah Hutton Proved 28 Apr 1764
